Refund and Return Policy

At USED GYM EQUIPMENTS LLC, we stand behind the quality of our refurbished and used fitness equipment. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your needs. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Return Period

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Late returns will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• Ideally in its original packaging (including the pallet if possible).
• Free of user-caused damage, scratches, or wear and tear.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "As-Is".
• Custom-ordered upholstery or equipment.

3. Restocking Fees

Due to the high cost of freight shipping and the labor involved in testing and palletizing heavy gym equipment, a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns where the reason for return is "Remorse," "Changed Mind," or "Ordered Wrong Item."

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective/Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (you received the wrong item) or a mechanical defect found upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Standard Returns: For all other returns (customer preference, size issues, changed mind), the customer is responsible for the cost of return freight shipping. Please note that freight shipping can cost between $200 and $600 depending on the item size and distance.

5. How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at info@usedgymequipmentsllc.com or call +1 (561) 780-0108 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Securely pack the item. If you no longer have the pallet, you may need to purchase one to ensure the freight carrier accepts the shipment.
3. Ship the item to our return address:

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. This process typically takes 3-5 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

The refund amount will be the Total Purchase Price minus the Restocking Fee and Original Shipping Costs (if applicable).

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the item has shipped. Once the item is with the carrier, it is treated as a Return, and shipping/restocking fees will apply.
